Baird & Benton Block
As a $3.7 million downtown revitalization project, the Baird & Benton Block in Lee, Massachusetts, underwent a complete renovation to rejuvenate the historic structure. The upper two floors of the 135-year-old historic three-story building were converted into classrooms and office space for the College Internship Program and include an art gallery and eatery on the first floor in the former H. A. Johansson's storefront.
